Today I’m off to spend 1 hour with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Interflora’s owner FTD Companies. In that hour I’ll be capturing his vision for the companies global IT strategy using the trusty visual thinking tools of pens and paper. Ironic given that it’s an IT strategy!
