Client Stories

Shared pictures help people have better conversations.

Every situation is different. These examples show how bringing perspectives together can make complex thinking easier to understand and use.

Exertis

Connecting a complex transformation

Exertis needed to help people understand a transformation spanning seven workstreams and more than 50 initiatives. Stakeholder conversations revealed where the narrative needed strengthening and supported productive board-level discussions.

The resulting strategic Rich Pictures were used in organisation-wide engagement sessions, leadership events and manager toolkits.

Dassault Systèmes

A shared story for colleagues and customers

With my guidance, the team defined and refined the stories they wanted to tell. The visual Rich Picture models helped align internal storytelling and gave colleagues a shared basis for customer conversations.

The value began with agreeing what they meant and finding a clearer way to explain it.

Rolls-Royce

A shared reference for supplier quality

I worked with Rolls-Royce on a Quality Rich Picture designed to support conversations across organisational and geographic boundaries.

Published client feedback described its potential for wider use across the global supplier network. The example focuses on that intended use and client perspective.
