How we work

Crackerjack Visual Thinking™ works collaboratively with you and your people.

Our workflow normally uses the following process:

  1. We meet with you (face to face or virtually) to fully understand your requirements* and identify the best visual thinking solutions to meet your needs.

*This includes identifying how you will use the visual resources we create to increase people engagement and learning and start a conversation across your organisation.

  2. We work with you and your people to explore your story, idea or vision from internal, external and customer perspectives. We often use our graphic facilitation techniques at this stage to drive the best outputs from these sessions/workshops.

  3. We visualise your story, idea or vision in the form of a rich detailed picture, hand-drawn animation, live scribing of an event, interactive board game or other visual resource.

  4. We work with you to finalise plans for using these visual resources to increase people engagement and learning and start a conversation across your organisation.

We treat each project as unique and do not believe in a one-size-fits all approach!

We always look for opportunities to get your people involved in the above process to further increase engagement and trust in the visual outputs we produce for you.

And of course we want you to be 100% satisfied with our work! If you’re not, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue or give you a full refund.

People engagement is the key!

Our approach is driven by a belief in the power of visual thinking and its acknowledged role in helping engage people more effectively in their work.

A visual approach to sharing information can help individuals and organisations tell their stories more effectively.

Effective organisational storytelling is highlighted as one of the four key enablers of engagement identified in David MaCleod’s seminal ‘Engaging for Success‘ report to the UK Government:

‘Visible, empowering leadership providing a strong strategic narrative (story) about an organisation, where it’s come from and where it’s going to’

This video from Engage for Success explains why it’s so important that people are engaged with your organisation:
