We use a three stage approach which includes:

Stage 1 – Collaborative Visioning Workshop

  • Visualising your Purpose and core Values – the essence of what you do and how you do it.

  • Identifying the practical actions you need to take to achieve your  vision.

  • Defining the Skills & Behaviours that will allow your people to deliver your vision.

Stage 2 – Vision Rich Picture

  • Creation of your organisations unique rich picture illustrating your organisations vision and values + the skills, behaviours and strategy needed to achieve it. Examples of rich pictures created for our clients include:

Stage 3 – Follow-Up Review Sessions

  • 6 month review sessions to visualise your progress towards achieving your vision.

How is the Crackerjack Visioning Process™ delivered?

The workshop element of the process can be run in person or remotely.

For in-person workshops, these can be held at a venue of your choice (either in-house or at an external venue). We are also able to suggest venues near our base here in Nottingham.

The development of the rich picture can be carried out remotely via Zoom or Teams and provides the opportunity for stakeholders to give feedback during the development of the rich picture.

Is the Crackerjack Visioning Process™ scaleable?

Yes – the workshop can be run for individuals, teams or whole organisations.

How long does the Crackerjack Visioning Process™ take?

The standard Crackerjack Visioning Process™ workshop is a 1 day interactive workshop for up to 12 participants.*

The creation of you finalised rich picture will usually take up to 2 weeks after your workshop.


*Where you would like to have more people involved in the process, we will work with you to plan the most effective workshop schedule to meet your needs and budget.

How much does the Crackerjack Visioning Process™ cost?

The Crackerjack Visioning Process™ is priced from £5000 + VAT.
