‘Providing a strong strategic narrative (story) about an organisation, where it’s come from and where it’s going to’ was defined as one of the four key enablers of engagement in David MaCleod’s ‘Engaging for Success’ report to the UK Government.

Have you thought about how you will share your organisations story with both new and existing team members during 2016?

Sharing the strategic narrative visually (e.g. as a ‘rich picture’) is proven to enable better understanding of an organisations vision, strategy and values. This enables better conversations which create a deeper shared understanding of what is required to achieve success for both the organisations and the people within it.
